Solution: Arriba structured a combination SBA 504 loan and EB-5 loan to meet the void left by traditional lenders. The 504/EB-5 program provides an additional layer of security for the EB-5 investor by placing them in a 1st lien position on a secured asset with the SBA in a junior position. Arriba Capital leveraged it's relationships with a EB-5 regional center to piece together this very complex transaction.
